4. Where is my download link?

   Depending on which method you used to check out, you may be taken automatically to a download page or you may have to wait for an automatic email confirmation. In either case you will always receive an automated email confirmation which will contain a link to your download (in brackets, next to the product name underneath the heading "Downloads Links:").

   The email address that the confirmation is sent to will either be the email address on file at PayPal (for PayPal account holders) or the email address you enter when completing your buyer information in the credit card checkout.

   If you do not receive an email immediately, please check your spam box. If you are a PayPal account holder, please confirm the email address in your account profile. Please exhaust these two possibilities before asking us where your download is.
