Theme Weaver's sophomore RapidWeaver theme TW002 was initially thought to be well-suited to the corporate and commercial sectors. With a little seyDesign magic, however, we think we've transformed TW002, a once limited theme, into a versatile RapidWeaver template capable of fitting the needs of just about any industry.
General Overview
The Retired features of TW002 include ExtraContent, RWmultitool ready, split navigation, full color options, width control, font size and font family selections.
About TW002 and ExtraContent
TW002 includes 2 ExtraContent areas; the Top panel and the Bottom panel. Both areas have their own color control and can also be accentuated your own custom background images using RWmultitool Lite.
Each ExtraContent area in TW002 is vertically scalable, meaning you these areas will grow to suit the content within. And as always, these ExtraContent areas are an option. You can choose to use them or leave them off allowing you to use TW002 as you would any other RapidWeaver theme.
ExtraContent is Optional
Just because we made it possible, doesn't mean you have to use it. You can toggle the ExtraContent areas on or off in the event that you do not require them. The theme will remain just as functional with or without ExtraContent. It's just another tool for your toolbox.
About ExtraContent
ExtraContent is hard to describe until you have seen it in action. You see, in a typical RapidWeaver theme, you can only enter text, pictures, movies, etc, in two places; the main content area and the sidebar area. That's o.k. for many, but for the serious web designer or the creative enthusiast this formula is just too limiting. ExtraContent allows you to go beyond just the main content and sidebar. ExtraContent allows you to add text, pictures, complex layouts and much more, in places never before accessible in the usual RapidWeaver theme.
With the ExtraContent Stack for YourHead Software's Stacks plugin, or just a simple bit of code and this ExtraContent enabled theme, you can access more content areas. Here are a few resources to get your started:
